     Get Your Guts In Gear - www.ibdride.org was created to raise awareness about Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative colitis, and the needs of people living with ostomies. The Ride also raises funds for research, education, patient support, and advocacy work for Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis.  Join one of the annual three great ride events each summer!  Ride route events in New York, Texas or Seattle that just get more fun each summer for riders and crew alike as each passing year GYGIG has raised thousands of dollars for IBD missions and research! 

United Ostomy Associations of America, Inc. is a volunteer-based health organization dedicated to providing education, information, support and advocacy for people who have had or will have intestinal or urinary diversions.

Advocacy for Patients with Chronic Illness, Inc. - A 501C3 non-profit organization providing free legal advocacy services where patients can get free information, advice and advocacy services in areas including but not limited to the following:  How to get your own medical records.  How to get and keep health insurance.  How to get health insurance coverage for particular treatments, drugs, and/or therapies.  How to get private disability insurance coverage.  How to get Social Security Disability Income.  How to assert your rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act.  How to assert your rights under the Family and Medical Leave Act.  How to ensure that schools accommodate students with chronic illnesses.  Over $1 million dollars worth of legal services patients and families have leaned upon, and lives have been saved since 2005.  KNOW YOUR RIGHTS patient hand book 2008 edition is now available.  This is a state by state guide for patient empowerment while living with chronic illnesses.    Also on Advocacy's website, Jennifer's blog link.  Subscribe today!

Association Francois Aupetit - a French not-for-profit medical research Association founded by Janine Aupetit to find the cure for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) by raising funds for medical research and by promoting it through education. Primarily a French site, afa makes every effort to serve foriegn language speakers living in France.

A.M.I.C.I. - Associazione Malattie Inflammatorie Croniche dell'Intestino is an Italian language website dedicated to supporting and informing the public about IBD.

Australian Crohn's and Colitis Association - determined to generate and foster awareness and educational programs targeted at persons diagnosed with IBD, their families, health professionals and the general public. Where appropriate, ACCA will publicly and financially support both pure and clinical research into the cause of, and the cure for inflammatory bowel disease.

www.nacc.org.uk - offers information, support, financial aid, guidance on disability benefits, and funds for research throughout the UK.

Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Canada (CCFC) - the CCFC is a national not-for-profit voluntary medical research foundation. Its mission is to find the cure for inflammatory bowel disease. To achieve its mission, the Foundation is committed to raising increasing funds for medical research.

 Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America - dedicated to finding a cure, preventing Crohn's disease and Ulcerative Colitis through research, and to improving the quality of life of children and adults affected by these digestive diseases through education and support.
